For US digital agencies, $1M to $5M

15 qualified sales calls in 60 days, or you walk away whole.

I build AI-powered outbound lead systems for digital agencies. This one is new and I'm opening 5 founding-pilot slots before I expand the list. I'll install it for you, grounded in your ICP, with a 14-day kill switch so you know in two weeks whether it works.

See the offerOr reply to the email I sent you. That's the fastest path.

The offer

Two milestones. Both guaranteed.

Milestone 1

First qualified sales call within 14 days

If I don't produce a qualified call in your ICP within 14 days of go-live, I refund your setup in full and we walk away clean. No kept work, no lingering obligations.

Milestone 2

15 qualified calls in 60 days

If I miss 15 in 60, I run the system free for an additional 30 days to deliver the remaining calls. If we still haven't hit 15 by day 90, your remaining retainer is refunded and we walk away clean.

The guarantee in plain English

Three checkpoints. You walk away whole at any of them.

  • Day 14First qualified call lands, or your setup is refunded. If the early signal fails, we end the engagement clean. No back and forth, no kept work.
  • Day 60Hit 15 qualified calls. If we're short, the system runs free for another 30 days to close the gap. Your retainer pauses while I keep working.
  • Day 90If we still haven't hit 15, your full retainer is refunded and we end the engagement. The setup fee is the one thing not refunded at this point — that paid for the system build and was earned at day 14. The ongoing retainer comes back in full.

Your downside is capped. Mine is not.

How it works

Three steps from list to reply.

01

Ideal prospects, scraped daily

A running feed of your ICP pulled from the sources agencies miss: paid media spend signals, recent funding, hiring announcements, tool migrations, and more.

02

Per-lead research grounded in real signals

Every email's first line is generated from real research about that specific prospect. No generic flattery, no 'love what you're doing' filler. The opener is built to be true.

03

Sequenced sends at the right cadence

Four-email sequence over three weeks. Reply-driving CTAs. Full suppression on bounce or unsubscribe. Deliverability monitored per inbox.

Pricing

Two paths. You pick.

Both paths have the same guarantees. Neither is a discount door.

Option A

Retainer

$7,500 setup + $2,500/mo

Refunded in full if the 14-day milestone misses.

  • Six-month engagement
  • Setup fee refundable on kill switch
  • Predictable cash cost
  • Best for agencies who want fixed cost + capped risk
Option B

Rev share

$0 setup + 20% for 6 months

Pay only on revenue earned through the system. Capped at the 6-month engagement.

  • Zero upfront, no setup fee
  • 20% of revenue invoiced during the 6-month engagement window
  • No tail — at month 6 the rev share ends with no further obligation
  • 14-day kill switch still applies
  • Best for operators who trust their close rate and want upside

Fit check

This works for you if...

A fit

  • US-based digital agency
  • $1M to $5M annual revenue
  • Owner-operator or 2 to 3 partners
  • Sells recurring retainers ($3K to $15K/mo)
  • Performance, SEO, media buying, or specialized vertical agency
  • You already understand what a booked call is worth

Not a fit

  • Pure branding or design studios (project-based)
  • PR agencies or creative boutiques under 5 people
  • Video production houses
  • Other AI or AI automation agencies
  • In-house marketing teams calling themselves 'agency'
  • Anyone under $1M in revenue

Proof

Why the guarantee is this aggressive.

I don't have a pile of anonymized agency case studies yet. This is a new system and you'd be one of the first 5 agencies to run it. The 14-day kill switch and the 15-in-60 guarantee are structured the way they are because skin in the game has to be on me, not you. That is the whole point.

14 days

To first qualified call or setup refunded

15 calls

Minimum in 60 days, free overflow + refund if I miss

0 risk

Kill switch before you're locked in

Questions

What agency owners usually ask.

What counts as a 'qualified' call?

Someone who matches your ICP, confirmed budget or authority to buy, and booked a live slot on your calendar. Not a cold click, not a 'maybe later,' not a form fill. We agree on the qualification criteria before go-live so there's no argument at the milestone. No-shows count toward the 15 if a reasonable rebooking attempt is made and the prospect declines or stops responding.

What if I miss the 14-day milestone, can I pay you to keep going?

No. The kill switch exists so neither of us throws good money after a bad signal. If the early signal misses, we part ways clean. You can re-engage later if the conditions change.

I don't want to pay a rev share. Does retainer have a discount?

No. They're priced as peers. If you pick retainer because you want fixed cost, that's a legitimate choice. The rev share path isn't a discount door for budget-constrained agencies.

How does the rev share work — what counts and how long does it last?

The rev share is 20% of revenue you invoice from clients sourced through the system, for the 6-month engagement window only. No tail, no perpetual cut. If a client signs in month 5 and pays you for years afterward, only the revenue invoiced within the 6-month window is in scope. Anything after that is yours alone. At month 6 we either renew on whatever terms make sense at that point, switch to a flat retainer, or end the engagement and shut down the sending infrastructure.

How fast do I need to move?

Not fast. Every week you delay is a week without pipeline, but I'm not running a countdown timer. Reply when you're ready. If it's a fit, we start in two weeks.

Who owns the system after the engagement ends?

You get the playbook, the prompts, the ICP definition, and the sequence copy. The infrastructure (sending inboxes, data scraping subscriptions) stays with me unless we negotiate transfer at month six.

Ready to see how it'd work for your shop?

The fastest path is to hit reply on the email I sent you. I'll come back with how the system would map to your agency specifically, before you commit to a call.
